What are your prices?

Our prices are subject to change depending on supply and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after you contact us for further information.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. Our MOQ varies depending on the product and other factors, such as availability and production costs. We would be happy to provide you with our MOQ information if you could let us know which product you are interested in purchasing. Please feel free to contact us for further information. If you are looking to resell but in much smaller quantities, we recommend you to contact our sales for the further discussion.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can supply the relevant documentation for our products. We have a range of documentation available, including product specifications, user manuals, and safety information, among others. We would be happy to provide you with the relevant documentation for the product you are interested in purchasing. Please let us know which product you are interested in, and we will send you the necessary documentation.

What is the average lead time?

For samples, neutral brand, Mylinking™ brand,  the lead time is around 1~3 working days. For mass production and OEM, the lead time will be around 5-8 working days after the deposit payment received. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

You can make the TT payment to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal, etc.

What is the product warranty?

We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. Our product warranty varies depending on the product and the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer. We strive to provide high-quality products and stand behind them with our warranty policies. Please let us know which product you are interested in, and we will be happy to provide you with the specific warranty information. In general, our product warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, and they may also include repair or replacement of the product within a specified period. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone’s satisfaction

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

Yes, we take the safe and secure delivery of our products very seriously. We work with trusted shipping and logistics partners to ensure that our products are delivered safely and securely to our customers. We take appropriate measures to protect the products during transit and ensure that they are delivered to the intended recipient. However, we also recommend that customers take appropriate precautions to safeguard their deliveries, such as tracking their shipments and ensuring that someone is available to receive them upon delivery. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your product, please let us know, and we will do our best to address them.

How about the shipping fees?

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Due to our high value and small packaging of products, we recommend you to consider the air express such as: DHL, FedEx, SF, EMS, etc. The air express will be normally the most quickest but also most economic way base on the cargo value.
